Overview
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The JIA Blueprint website, application process, educational materials, coaching, support services, and related resources. By using this website, submitting an application, enrolling in the program, or accessing program materials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Educational and Wellness Services
The JIA Blueprint provides education, coaching, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, functional wellness support, bioenergetic support, and related resources.

The JIA Blueprint is not a substitute for emergency care, medical diagnosis, treatment, or ongoing care from your child’s appropriately licensed healthcare professionals.

Participation in The JIA Blueprint does not create a physician-patient relationship unless a separate relationship is explicitly established with an appropriately licensed provider.

Medical Disclaimer and Responsibility
Information provided through The JIA Blueprint website, application process, course, coaching, nutrition education, functional wellness support, bioenergetic services, community, emails, text messages, calls, videos, written materials, or related resources is provided for educational and wellness purposes.

It should not be relied upon as a substitute for individualized medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or advice from an appropriately licensed healthcare professional who is familiar with your child’s individual medical history.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for obtaining appropriate medical care for their child and for making medical decisions in consultation with their child’s healthcare providers.

If your child experiences new, worsening, severe, or urgent symptoms, seek appropriate medical attention promptly.

Do not begin, stop, reduce, increase, or otherwise change any prescription medication, medical treatment, or medical plan based solely on information provided through The JIA Blueprint. Medication and treatment decisions should be discussed with the prescribing or otherwise appropriate licensed healthcare provider.

Participation in The JIA Blueprint does not guarantee any particular medical or health result. The JIA Blueprint is not responsible for consequences resulting from a participant’s decision to disregard medical advice, delay appropriate medical care, or make medical or medication changes without appropriate professional supervision.

Program Structure
The JIA Blueprint is a 24-month personalized support program.

The standard program investment is $497 per month for 24 months, unless another approved payment or financing arrangement is established.

The personalized coaching and support portion of the program lasts for 24 months. Participants receive lifetime access to the JIA Blueprint course and core educational materials unless otherwise stated.

At the conclusion of the 24-month program, the family and The JIA Blueprint may reassess whether additional personalized support would be helpful. Optional 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month continuation options may be offered separately based on the family’s needs.

Included Lab Testing
Scheduled lab testing at approximately Month 1, Month 6, Month 12, and Month 24 is included in the standard program investment, with no additional charge for those scheduled testing points.

The specific testing used may depend on the child’s individual circumstances and program needs.

Any additional testing outside the scheduled included testing may require separate payment if recommended and agreed upon.

Bioenergetic Support
The program may include remote bioenergetic assessments and related wellness recommendations.

Bioenergetic testing is intended as a complementary wellness tool and is not a medical diagnostic test.

Recommended Infoceuticals, supplements, products, or other supportive items may be purchased separately unless specifically stated otherwise.

Participation and Results
The JIA Blueprint is a collaborative program that requires active participation from the family.

Every child and family is different. Results, responses, timelines, and outcomes vary depending on many factors, including the child’s individual circumstances and the family’s ability to implement recommended lifestyle and wellness changes.

No specific health outcome, symptom resolution, medication reduction, remission, recovery timeline, or other result is promised or guaranteed.

Payment and Financing
Participants are responsible for all payments agreed upon at enrollment.

Qualified applicants may have access to third-party financing options. Financing approval, interest rates, repayment terms, monthly payment amounts, and other financing conditions are determined by the financing provider and are not guaranteed by The JIA Blueprint.

Any financing agreement is separate from The JIA Blueprint program agreement.

Appointments and Communication
Participants may receive coaching, onboarding, educational support, and other services through scheduled calls, email, text messaging, online platforms, video conferencing, or other communication methods.

Participants are responsible for keeping their contact information current and for attending scheduled appointments.

Course and Materials
All JIA Blueprint course content, written materials, videos, downloads, meal-planning resources, recipes, guides, protocols, educational resources, and other materials are provided for the enrolled household’s personal use.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, resold, distributed, published, shared publicly, or provided to individuals outside the enrolled household without written permission from The JIA Blueprint.

Privacy
Your use of The JIA Blueprint website and program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Personal information may be collected and used to process applications, communicate with families, deliver services, manage appointments, process payments, provide program access, and operate The JIA Blueprint.

Technology and Third-Party Services
The JIA Blueprint may use third-party platforms for website hosting, course delivery, communications, scheduling, payment processing, financing, laboratory testing, bioenergetic services, and other business functions.

The JIA Blueprint is not responsible for temporary interruptions, outages, technical failures, policy changes, or other issues caused by third-party platforms or providers outside its reasonable control.

Changes to the Program or Terms
The JIA Blueprint may update these Terms & Conditions or make reasonable changes to program systems, technology, scheduling, team members, resources, or delivery methods when necessary.

Material changes will not retroactively eliminate services already purchased without appropriate notice.

Limitation of Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The JIA Blueprint and its owners, coaches, team members, contractors, and service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from participation in the program, use of program materials, reliance on educational information, or use of third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
